What to Expect

    • Three immersive weekly sessions

    • Conducted on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

    • 3–5 hours per session for depth, reflection, and integration

    • Hosted virtually for ease and accessibility

    • Limited places. Participants complete a brief application (a short form and a call) to ensure a good fit, shared commitment, and a safe, confidential space.

    • This collaborative setting fosters trust and safety, so you can explore and challenge personal patterns with others on a similar journey. Participate in guided group exercises and peer discussions to share experiences and benefit from mutual accountability and encouragement.

    • Participants receive a workbook designed to deepen insight, support integration, and guide between-session work.

    • After the program, you’ll have access to alumni community channels, such as a private WhatsApp group for check-ins, sharing experiences, asking questions, and staying accountable. You’ll also get extra resources to help you keep making progress..
